These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 76db ("76db", "Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the 76db online gaming platform, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, and related services offered through https://76db.pro and any associated subdomains or applications.
By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. Section 1
Eligibility Requirements
Access to and use of the 76db Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. 76db reserves the right to request verification documents at any time to confirm compliance with these requirements.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or place any bet on the Platform. 76db strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by persons under the age of 21. If 76db has reasonable grounds to believe that a user is under 21, the account will be suspended and any winnings forfeited pending age verification. If the user is confirmed to be underage, the account will be permanently closed and all deposits returned net of any winnings already paid out.
Geographic Restriction
The Platform is operated for players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law do so at their own risk and in potential violation of local regulations. 76db makes no representations as to the legality of the Platform in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh, and it is the user's sole responsibility to determine whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their location.
One Account Per Person
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform. Opening duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all accounts associated with that individual, forfeiture of any pending withdrawals, and permanent ban from the Platform. Account Registration and Security
To access the full functionality of the 76db Platform, you must register an account. The following terms apply to the registration process and the ongoing management of your account.
Accuracy of Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your account. This includes your real name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number that you own and control. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (mobile number and password). You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 76db will never ask for your password via SMS, email, phone call, or live chat. Any activity that occurs under your account while you are logged in is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify 76db immediately at [email protected].
KYC Verification
76db reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents from any player at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a national ID card, passport, or driving licence, and proof of mobile banking ownership. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within 14 days of the request will result in account suspension. KYC is required before any withdrawal request exceeding ৳10,000 is processed.
Account Closure
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered bKash or Nagad number after any outstanding wagering requirements have been satisfied. 76db may close an account at its discretion if a player is found to be in breach of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Section 3
Deposits and Withdrawals
The following terms govern all financial transactions on the 76db Platform, including deposits made into your account wallet and withdrawal requests submitted to your registered mobile banking account.
Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, or BRAC Bank. 76db does not charge a platform fee on deposits. Any transaction charges levied by the mobile banking provider are the responsibility of the player. Deposit funds are credited to the player's wallet balance immediately upon confirmation of the transaction by the payment provider.
Withdrawal Conditions
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) registered under the player's account and verified as belonging to the player. Withdrawals cannot be made to a third-party mobile banking account. Processing time for withdrawal requests is typically 5 to 15 minutes but may extend to 24 hours in exceptional circumstances. 76db processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Anti-Money Laundering
76db is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activity. Deposits must be funded from payment sources owned by and registered to the player. 76db reserves the right to block withdrawals, request source-of-funds documentation, and report suspicious transaction patterns to the relevant authorities. Players who deposit funds without placing bets and then request immediate withdrawal may be subject to enhanced due-diligence checks.
Currency
All transactions on the 76db Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No foreign currency transactions are supported. No currency conversion fees are applied by 76db. Displayed amounts use Western Arabic numerals and the ৳ symbol.
Section 4
Bonuses and Promotions
76db may offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and seasonal offers from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer.
Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering contributions may vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% towards the wagering requirement; live casino table games typically contribute 10%; sports bets contribute 100% at minimum odds of 1.50. Bonus Misuse
76db reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close accounts, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is abusing the bonus system. Prohibited bonus activity includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonus funds exclusively on low-risk positions to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure, and coordinating with other players to systematically exploit promotions.
Bonus Expiry
Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds and any wagering progress expire 30 days after the bonus is credited to a player's account. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation. Players are responsible for tracking the expiry of their active bonuses via the account dashboard. 76db is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry.
Section 5
Gameplay, Bets, and Fair Play
The following terms apply to all game sessions, sports bets, and other wagering activity conducted through the 76db Platform.
Bet Finality
Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player. In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the Platform's records shall be the definitive reference. 76db reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrectly priced markets due to technical error, data feed failure, or manifest human error in odds compilation.
RNG and Game Integrity
All casino games offered on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software supplied by licensed game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the certified RNG and are not influenced by 76db or any third party. Sports Betting Rules

76db is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The following terms describe the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform and the obligations of both 76db and its players in relation to safe play.
Player Tools
76db provides deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods of 24 hours to 30 days, and self-exclusion options of 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent. These tools are accessible from the account settings panel at any time without contacting support. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Players who self-exclude will not receive promotional communications from 76db during their exclusion period.
Player Obligations
Players are responsible for monitoring their own gambling activity and for using the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform if they feel their play is becoming problematic. 76db encourages players to set personal deposit and session limits as a matter of routine, regardless of whether they feel they have a gambling problem. Players must not attempt to circumvent self-exclusion by registering a new account or accessing the Platform under a different identity.

Section 7
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 76db Platform. Violation of any of the following terms may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent ban from the Platform.
Fraud and Collusion
You must not attempt to defraud 76db or other players through any means including but not limited to chargeback fraud, collusion with other players, use of software tools or bots to gain an unfair advantage, exploiting technical errors or software bugs to place bets at incorrect odds, or any form of chip dumping in live casino games. 76db employs fraud detection systems and cooperates with payment providers to identify and act on fraudulent behaviour.
Money Laundering
The use of the 76db Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited. Players must not deposit funds derived from illegal activity. 76db will report suspected money laundering activity to the appropriate authorities and will cooperate fully with any resulting investigation. Accounts suspected of being used for money laundering will be frozen immediately pending investigation, with all funds held until the matter is resolved.
Abuse of Staff
76db is committed to providing a respectful environment for its players and staff. Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at 76db customer support staff or other players — whether via live chat, email, or any other communication channel — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
Section 8
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 76db shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if 76db has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 76db's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
76db makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific games or markets. In the event of a technical failure that affects the outcome of a live game round or sports bet, 76db will investigate the incident and resolve it in accordance with the applicable game or sport rules. 76db's decision on such matters is final.

Amendments to These Terms
76db reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice to individual players. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. If you continue to use the Platform after any amendment to these Terms, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms in full.
If any amendment to these Terms materially reduces your rights as a player, 76db will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the email address or mobile number associated with your account. However, 76db is not obligated to provide such advance notice for minor amendments, clarifications, or changes that expand rather than restrict player rights.
